The general terms and conditions of the online store are made in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the Law on Electronic Communications (ZEKom-1). We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions.

The general terms and conditions determine the functioning of the online store, the rights and obligations of the customer and the store, and regulate the business relationship between the company Emil Košir s.p. , KOSHIR GARAGE (seller) and the customers.
The customer is bound by the general terms and conditions valid at the time of the purchase (online order).
The costumer can choose and order the products available on the product list. All products listed on the store’s website are available until the stock is sold out. The sales contract between the seller and the customer is concluded when the seller confirms the order and the customer receives an e-mail confirming the order. From this moment on, the prices and terms of sale are binding for the seller and the buyer.
Emil Košir s.p. , KOSHIR GARAGE company is committed to providing all information available to the customer concerning the business of the online store in relation to him. Due to the maintenance and upgrading of the website, occasional short-term restrictions may occur in access.
- Validity of Terms and Conditions
The following conditions apply to any sale of products or services by the company Emil Košir s.p. , KOSHIR GARAGE from the date of confirmation and publication of the company, to its cancellation.
Any changes of these conditions apply only if they are confirmed in writing. Oral arrangements must also be confirmed in writing.
A written confirmation includes: e-mails and other media that can be saved.
The agreed deviation from the individual points of the general terms of sale does not affect the validity of other provisions.
When the order is confirmed, or at the latest at the time of the acceptance of the goods, the client accepts our general terms and conditions, unless otherwise specified in the offer or contract.
- Prices
All prices are in EUR.
The seller reserves the right to change the prices without prior notice. Obvious errors when quoting the bid or confirming the order do not oblige us to deliver the goods at the stated price.
- Payment and payment terms
There is no minimum amount of purchase.
– Payment is always in advance (bank transfer, credit card, PayPal)
The amount should be sent within the payment deadline to our account if online bank transfer is choosen.

The number of the order must be indicated in the reference. The goods must be paid in full before the shipment is made.
– Personal collection of goods
The ordered goods can be collected personally at the headquarters of our company (Emil Košir s.p. , KOSHIR GARAGE, Linhartov trg 20, 4240 Radovljica, Slovenia , EUROPE). Goods can be picked up personally upon prior payment (bank transfer, credit card, PayPal) to the business account and by prior agreement with the seller, but not earlier than the payment is shown on the seller’s account. The customer makes the agreement with the seller via e-mail or telephone.
- Delivery
The price for a limited number of items throughout all Europe Union depends on the weight.
The ordered goods are dispatched as soon as the payment has been received.
If items are in stock, the delivery time is 3-10 working days.
The seller will deliver the goods or services within the agreed time. Shipments are dispatched from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Delivery service pick up packages once to twice a week. Before the order, the customer must check the product availabilty. In case the product was not in stock, the delivery time can be longer then 25 working days.
The partner firms for the delivery of shipments for Slovenia is Slovenian Post, for international buyers is DHL, but the seller reserves the right to choose another delivery service if this can make the order more efficient.
- Options of payment
Payment is possible via online bank transfer, credit card, PayPal…

- Returns and refunds
Items that are not in stock on online store are considered as:
-Custom-made or personalized items.
Therefore for not in stock items purchased in online store we are not obligated to accept “cooling-off period”.
(In the EU, online consumers have a legal “cooling-off period” of 14 days to withdraw from a contract and return goods without providing a reason, starting from the day after they receive the product. The seller must provide this information and is not permitted to charge fees for the return. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. However, this right does not apply to certain goods like customized products, sealed items for health/hygiene reasons, or rapidly perishable items. )
All writen under this line meets criteria if goods/items are in stock.
The customer can return the goods within fourteen (14) days of the purchase in case:
– the goods do not have the features explicitly promised by the seller;
– the seller sent the wrong products;
– the products do not match the ordered quantity;
– the products differ from the customers’ order.
The goods must be returned undamaged and unchanged, unless the goods have already been destroyed, lost or their quantity changed without any fault of the customer. The original packaging of the product must also be undamaged and unchanged.
Refunding the amount paid or part thereof shall be made as soon as possible or within 30 days at the latest. Refund is made to the customer’s account.
In the event of a refund of goods due to a complaint, a complaint must be sent to the address of the seller. If the claim is justified, the customer has the right to choose another product from the offer or ask for a refund.
In this case, the customer may request an immediate replacement for the same product.
In the event of a complaint, the customer is obliged to return the product to the supplier.
If the customer finds that the item or package is damaged when the item is received, it contains no content or displays any signs of opening, we must be informed immediately so we can initiate the complaint procedure to the delivery service.
If the complaint is justified, we are committed to repair defects in the goods as soon as possible or change the product with a good one, but if neither is possible, we agree to reduce the selling price.
- Cancellation of the order
In the event that the customer terminates its order, the customer is obligated to settle all costs which were created by the order.

With all legal procedures between the client and the seller are respected only the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
The court in Kranj is responsible for resolving any disputes.

- Warranty conditions
Warranty on purchased goods depends on manufacturer of item.

The customer is obliged to inform his/her buyer of our ownership clause.
In case the customer’s goods are seized in which our products are presented by a third party, the client must immediately inform the third party of our ownership clause.
